We're very picky.

We're writers, and photographers, who will argue for days over the placement of a comma. Or, whether or not we should use our computer software to remove something that detracts from a scenic photograph (for the record, we do not. Of course, this isn't even an issue with editorial photographs - it is absolutely forbidden, by our Publisher's policy.).

We expect you to be the same. If we ever send you a product of our work which does not meet your high standard, send it right back, and we'll either replace it or give you your money back, whichever you prefer. Within 14 days, just put it back in the original container, email us for shipping information, and send it off - we'll do the rest. We'll do it promptly, with no hard feelings.
